Payment and Security
On your credit card billing statement, you will find us listed as Kara Brook Art, LLC.
Our facility, software, and Web hosting facility are PCI compliant. We do not and will not save any of your credit card information on our servers from the checkout process. We do not and can not keep credit card information on file in our office.
This Web site takes precautions to protect your information. When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the customary encryption software used in the e-commerce industry - SSL. This web site will not save your credit card information ever. If your credit card changes, enter your new information at checkout.
You may also check out using PayPal, a safe, fast and secure method of online payment.
MARYLAND RESIDENTS:
Sales tax of 6% will be added to orders purchased and shipped to your verified Maryland address.

Coupon Codes
As much as we would love to help you post-sale with forgotten coupon codes and or promotional discounts, we are unable to provide discounts or apply discount codes to settled sales, or refund the difference of a discount onto an order post-purchase, or apply expired codes to orders. There are no exceptions. All discount codes must be entered at checkout to be valid. Coupons and promotion codes cannot be combined.
Privacy
We value your privacy. We are not going to sell, give away or otherwise abuse your email address or any other information that you give to Bee Inspired®. And you value our privacy. We expect the same respect that we offer you. If you have a personal grievance or vendetta against any of our vendors or vendors that you perceive as being our vendors, you agree to leave us out of it. No exceptions.
